Our work
Help that reaches a child at school and at home.
We work with schools, families and local leaders in the Arusha region. A child needs the means to attend school, a meal, health care, books, and a safe place to sleep. Our five programmes cover all of them.

A few children, properly looked after.
Rather than spreading thinly, we start with a small group of children, their school and their homes, and do everything well. When it runs smoothly and the results are clear, we grow.
We work with the permission and knowledge of the local authorities, buy from local suppliers, and record every delivery.
- ListenMeet head teachers, local leaders and families; agree what is needed.
- AgreePut the partnership in writing with the school, with the permission the local authorities require.
- DeliverBuy from local suppliers and deliver to the school or home. No cash handed out.
- VisitVisit schools and homes regularly and check the registers.
- ReportReport to donors and publish our annual activity report and audited accounts.
Together we can change lives.
A uniform, a hot meal, a health card, a book, a bed. Small things that change a child’s life.
