What we collect
When you pledge, give or write to us, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, country, phone number if you give it, the amount and your message. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not seen or stored by us.
How we use them
- To process your gift and send your receipt
- To answer your message
- To send you proof of delivery and occasional updates, if you ask for them (you can stop at any time)
- To keep the financial records the law requires
We never sell or share your details for marketing. Our sister travel companies do not receive donor details.
Children
We do not collect personal information about children through this website. Information about the children and families in our programmes is collected with a parent’s or guardian’s consent, kept securely by the foundation, and handled under our safeguarding policy.
